How secure is my credit card information?
Your credit card information is
totally secure. We subscribe to the VeriSign ecommerce System. This system utilizes the internet's strongest security technologies, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to insure your information is safe guarded from the moment you enter it until your transaction is completed. SSL is the latest internet security protocol that encrypts your data to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery. We do not store any of your credit card data on our computers so you have to reenter the data each time you order from our site.
Therefore, you can rest assured that your data is not being stored on our computers and not available to any unauthorized user.
What if I loose my credit card or someone makes unauthorized purchases with it?
Basically, you do not have to pay for any charges you did not make. Although the actual policy may vary from Bank Card to Bank Card, the following procedure is Citibank's policy.
1. Advise Citibank as soon as possible
2. Citibank will close the account
3. Citibank will send an affidavit for the you to sign and list
the unauthorized charges
4. The charges will be deducted from your bill
5. The charges will be investigated by Citibank
6. The supplier will still have the money
Remember, this is the policy for Citibank so be sure to check with your own bank for their specific policy.

AMEX. Why do I have to notify American Express if I want an order shipped to an address
different than my billing address?
This is a new AMEX policy to protect you from fraudulent use of your Cardmember account.
By notifying them, your order can be authorized and shipped without delay.

If I don't call American Express, what will happen?
Your order will be placed on hold and we'll call the billing contact for that AMEX Card,
to verify the order. Any delay reaching that person will delay the entire order.

Free shipping on orders over $75.00. Any order under $75.00 will have a $12.95 shipping and handling charge.
